Refund Policy

At Calmpus, we want you to be 100% chill with your purchase. If you’re not vibing with an item, we’ve got your back—just follow the steps below.

Time Frame: You’ve got 7 days from the delivery date to request a refund.

Condition: Items must be in their original condition—unused, tags intact, and in the original packaging.

Proof of Purchase: Keep your order number, packing slip, or digital invoice handy.

Some products are like limited‑edition sneakers—no takesies-backsies. These include:

Digital downloads (e‑books, software licenses) once delivered

Gift cards and promotional codes

Sale items marked “Final Sale”

Personal care items if opened (e.g., skincare, cosmetics)

Sealed products (if seal is broken)

Get Your Return Authorization (RMA): We’ll send you an RMA within 2 business days.

Ship It Back: Pack the item securely, include the RMA slip, and send it to:

Proof of Shipment: Shoot us a photo or tracking number—so we know it’s on the way.

Inspection: We inspect returns in 3–5 business days after arrival.

Approval: If everything checks out, we’ll approve your refund.

Method: Refunds go back to your original payment method.

Timing: It can take 5–7 business days for your bank or card issuer to show the credit.

Want a different size/color? Let us know when you email for your RMA, and we'll process an exchange instead of a refund.

If you prefer store credit, we’ll add a coupon code equal to your item’s value—valid for 12 months.
